All medulloblastomas are considered to be malignant and invasive tumors and neoplasms that are composed of cells with small- to medium-sized, hyperchrom They are highly cellular neoplasms that are composed of cells with small to medium sized, hyperchromatic nuclei and little apparent cytoplasm.
