Conclusion:

CT based contouring including involved lumbosacral and pelvic bone was sufficient for BM dose optimization compared to MRI based. BM dose limiting for BM_CT V20<75%, V25<450cc, V30<300cc and V35<200cc should be implemented according to ED10.
