The total number of patients included during the designated period was 36 patients. The age range of the patient group was between 31 years and 79 years, with a median of 56.5 years. The patient group included 19 females (53 %) and 17 males (47 %). The study group included patients with a diagnosis of 7 different Glioma types: Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), Oligodendroglioma, Meningioma, Ependymoma, Astrocytoma, Gliosarcoma, and Pituitary Adenoma (Figure 1, Table 1).

Analysis indicated that the number of patients who underwent MRI 6 weeks prior to XRT referral was 27 (75%), and the average number of weeks prior to XRT was 3.1 weeks.

Five patients underwent MRI subsequent to referral for radiotherapy, as it was noted that none had been performed in the 6 weeks prior. MRI imaging was thus within the 6-week time frame prior to XRT commencing.

The number of patients who failed to have an MRI within 6 weeks, indicating breach, was 4 (11.1%) with an averageof 16.9 weeks.
