Online adaptive magnetic resonance image guided radiotherapy provides the best in anatomical and functional imaging in the treatment room enabling advanced adaptations for inter- and intra-fraction changes. In this session, first important requirements for online MR imaging will be described as well as imaging sequences for dose calculation and real time motion estimation. Next novel strategies will be described for online plan adaptations to account for day to day changes. Finally, management of intra-fraction motion will be discussed.
