Based on treatment plans of 16 patients

- IMRT and V-MATplans are more conformal than the 3D-CRT plans - volume of ipsilateral breast receiving 5 and 10 Gy was the smallest using the VMAT - ipsilateral lung irradiated by 10 or 20 Gy was significantly less with both VMAT and IMRT - IMRT technique was superior to 3D-CRT and VMAT of low dose distributions in ipsilat. lung
