- 9 patients, RTOG-0423 protocol, 30 Gy in 5 fractions or 34 Gy in 10 fractions - gold fiducial markers into cavity wall -> CyberKnife Synchrony tracking

Beam trajectories (112-182)

PTV (green) + 70%, 50%, 30% isodoses

Real-time tracking: PTV = CTV + 2 mm margin

- CyberKnife is a suitable device for delivering APBI with achievable normal tissue constraints

- the treatment time is long (appr. 60 min)
