Predictive value of diffusion for relapse ?

• 52 patients • Correlation of ADC with relapse site • 32 patients exhibited ADC hypointensity outside of CE or resection cavity. • Study of overlap of ADC hypointensity with CE at recurrence and correlation with RT dose. • ADC abnormality=regions of DWI hyperintensity corresponding to an area of ADC hypointensity • 84% relapse central, 13% marginal.
